Welcome to Federal House Construction Co-operative Society Ltd

During early 90s housing was a big problem for officers of Federal Bank, FBOA under the leadership of the then General Secretary of FBOA, late P V Mathew had visualized a housing project for officers of Federal Bank, under the auspices of FBOA. After years of brainstorming and struggle, finally FHCCS came into existence in 1996. Society has completed 5 projects so far providing more than 700 dweling units to our members. Commitment of the board of directors and its members made hundreds of FHCCS members the proud owners of beautiful villas and apartments. We have 751 A class members and 31 B Class members.
