PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN BY THE SOCIETY:

The first project of Federal House construction Cooperative Society Ltd was inaugurated in the Banks of the River Periyar on 1st jan 2001,at that point of time,it was a unique housing project of Aluva comprising of 108 residential apartments with Children's play area, Badminton court, Gym etc to add to the life style of the residents.

Though our second project federal park has completed 12 years after occupation by residents, it is still read as one of the best apartment complexes in the city of Cochin. The complex has given best residential facilities, community living opportunity, secured and peaceful atmosphere, overall development etc for about 200 families. The project is an one of the prestigious project with most modern living facilities like: Health Club, Two Guest houses, Jogging track, Landscaped garden, Children's Play area, Club house, Air-conditioned conference hall, Rubberised shuttle court, Basketball Court, Library and reading room, Table tennis and board games etc.

Federal city with 288 apartments is the largest project of our society: it was inaugurated on 5th May 2013. it is located just 200 meters from National High way at Karayamparambu junction.

Club House, Library & Reading room, Health Club, Children's park, Badminton & Basketball courts, three Guest Houses etc continue to be the prime attractions of the majestic Federal City. The guest car parking area, facilities to conduct small functions and celebrations on payment basis are also worth to mention amongst the conveniences and services available to the residents of Federal City.

Federal Village with 65 villas located at Elookkara, Aluva on the banks of river Periyar was inaugurated on 26th May 2013; this is the only Villa project sponsored by the Society. Dedicated purified water supply, Health Club, Guest House, Club house, Air-conditioned conference hall, Badminton court, Children's Park etc are some of the amenities provided at Federal Village.

"Federal Greens" located at Mariyapady near UC college, in Karumalloor Panchayath, Aluva is our 5th and latest project, which was inaugurated on 26th January 2019. It has 120 apartments with additional parking areas, office rooms, meeting halls, gaming areas, badminton court, Children's play area, Solar plant, Half Basketball Court, Garden & walk way, Indoor Games & Recreation Hall and Health Club etc
